The Campervan Shortlist is a UK sole trader business, built by Alex, a technical product manager by background — someone whose day job is understanding what people actually need from a technical purchase, then translating that into a clear, considered recommendation rather than a sales pitch.

Alongside that, I've run a small business converting VW Transporters into pop-top campervans and selling them on — hands-on experience with the exact kind of vehicles many buyers here are looking at, from what a good conversion looks like to what tends to go wrong in a poor one.

What I offer is time, attention and research: I listen carefully to how you actually plan to use the van, do the legwork across dealers, converters and private sales, and make an introduction only when it's genuinely worth your time — always recommending an independent inspection before you commit.
